• Confirm which wave you belong to and your specific integration date
This information is usually communicated by ZATCA at least six months before the integration start date.
• We let you understand Phase 2 requirements
-Phase 2, also known as the Integration Phase, requires additional steps compared to Phase 1 (Generation Phase).
-We will let you be familiar with the business requirements for electronic invoices and electronic solutions outlined by ZATCA, and provide to you all the resources.
-Knowing Phase 2 requirements will assure you that FinTax provides them.
• We integrate your e-invoicing solution with FATOORA
-The core element of Phase 2 is integrating your e-invoicing system with ZATCA's platform FATOORA. This ensures seamless linking and sharing of your e-invoices with FATOORA.
• We are compliance with ZATCA Requirements
-FinTax allows you to generate, issue, and store e-invoices in compliance with ZATCA regulations, in XML format and/or PDF/A-3 with XML embedded.
• We prepare your data and test thoroughly
-Ensuring your e-invoices data is accurate and
formatted according to ZATCA's specifications.
-Conduct thorough testing with your chosen e-invoicing solution and FATOORA integration to identify and resolve any issues before the integration deadline.
-We offer you the ability of testing your invoices in sandbox, and simulation environment to ensure validation of invoices.
•We train your staff
-We educate your relevant staff on how to use the FinTax Portal, including on-boarding new devices, reporting simplified tax invoices, and exporting various reports.
• We keep you informed and continuous supporting
-Inform you with the latest ZATCA regulations andannouncements regarding e-invoicing. FinTax do all the work, keeping you up to date.
